Attention for participants:
1. For author or presenter: After your submission accepted, you will receive the formal notification of acceptance from ICEIM 2025. In the notification, there will be detailed registration information.
2. For delegate: If you prefer to attend ICEIM 2025 without presentation and publication, we suggest you to register as the delegate. For delegate registration, please contact the conference secretary directly (Email: iceim_conf@vip.163.com).

Registration details for the physical conference:
1. The registration for author(onsite) will cover the publication fee with 6 pages, attendance to all program, 15 minutes presentation slot in the parallel session, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks on August 6, 2025, the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.
2. The registration for presenter(onsite) will cover attendance to all program, 15 minutes presentation slot in the parallel session, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks on August 6, 2025, the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.
3. The registration for delegate will cover all program, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks on August 6, 2025, the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.
4. One regular registration with one or more additional papers will receive only one proceedings.

Registration info. for the virtual conference:
1. The registration for author (online) will cover the publication fee with 6 pages, attendance to all program for the virtual conference, 15 minutes presentation slot in the parallel online session, E-version of the conference abstract, 1 conference proceedings, etc.
2. The registration for presenter (online) will cover 15 minutes presentation slot in the parallel online session, E-version of the conference abstract, certificate of online attendance, etc.

Force majeure
The organizer of the Conference shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the organizer of the Conference may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of organizer of the Conference. The Conference Organizer shall not be liable to attendees' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer.

Cancellation policy:
1. 70% refund for cancellations received before and on July 05, 2025; an administrative fee of 30% registration fee will be applied.
2. NO REFUND for cancellation after July 05, 2025.

Conference site safety policy:
In the consideration of the personal and property security belonging to conference participants, please be sure to wear the badges during the conference. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the venue. The conference organizers won't accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants.
